Osztozzatok örömünkben - Share our happiness

A Futrinka Egyesület karácsonyi jótékonysági hagyománya 2005-re nyúlik vissza, amikor az egyik napilap kezdeményezéséhez csatlakoztunk, akik karácsonyi gyűjtést szerveztek a budapesti ún. "hajléktalan óvoda" részére.

The tradition of our Christmas donation goes back to 2005 when we decided to join the initiative of a newspaper where they collected Christmas gifts for the so called "homeless kindergarden" in Budapest.

Az újság kezdeményezésének hatása nálunk nem állt meg ott, 2005-ben. Állatvédő Egyesület lévén az egész évet kutyák mentésére fordítjuk, de mára hagyománnyá vált, hogy karácsonykor egy-egy társadalmi problémát górcső alá véve, egy-egy rászoruló csoport számára igyekszünk boldoggá tenni az ünnepeket a saját szerény lehetőségeinkre támaszkodva, önkénteseink, támogatóink felajánlásával, illetve egy-egy kisebb céget is megkeresve.

The effect has lasted longer however. Being an animal rescue organisation we focus on dogs during the year but now we can call it a tradition to analyise a social problem around Christmas and we collect donations for some indigent group of people, mostly kids. We try to make their Christmas as happy as it possible based on our small resources with the help of our supporters who donate presents to this project. We also try to make some smaller companies join us with offering some of their products free.

Idén lesz a 6. alkalom, hogy ajándékozunk. 2010 karácsonyán az utógondozottak lehetőségeire, vagy még inkább annak hiányára szeretnénk rávilágítani, így egy olyan szervezet védenceit választottuk támogatottul, ahol az állami gondoskodásból kikerült fiatalok számára is igyekeznek életkezdési segítséget nyújtani. It is the 6th occassion that we give presents. We try to raise attention to the possibilities (or moreover the lack of possibilities) of those who left state care so we picked an organisation that tries to help young people with the start-up of their lives. The Reménység Foundation offers support to some of those ones who wouldn't get any support from the state any longer but still could not find their ways in life. (http://www.remenyseg.hu/)

Az ajándékozás során egyedi ajándékokkal lepjük meg a szervezet gondozottjait egy kedves műsort, közös ebédet követően. Az ajándék-igényeket előre egyeztettük a gondozókkal, támogatóink, segítőink pedig egy listából tudtak maguknak támogatott gyermeket, fiatalt választani. Büszkén mondhatjuk, hogy mindenkinek van már egyéni támogatója. Ezért hálásak vagyunk mindenkinek, aki segített, részt vett abban, hogy az álom idén is megvalósulhasson.

We collected gifts to the kids and youngsters there and we already know that they are preparing a programme with music and poems for us in return and we will be invited for lunch, too. The preliminary preparation contained close co-operation with the teachers working there so that we could make up the wish list and now we can gratefully announce that all little and bigger ones have supporter who can make their Christmas happy with their unique and personal gifts.
Az intézményi listát a szervezet állította össze, ezen találhatók azok a termékek, tárgyak, amelyekre a működésükhöz lenne nagy szükség: ehhez is érkeztek egyéni felajánlások és cégek is csatlakoztak, így reményeink szerint idén minden eddiginél sikeresebb lesz ez a része az ajándékozásnak. (A teljes lista most áll össze, de kaptunk Adidas labdákat, új ruhákat, papírárut, csokoládét, üdítő italokat - a teljesség igénye nélkül.)

The so called "institute list" is prepared by the teachers. This list contains things that they need for the operation of the Foundation. People also donated some smaller object to this list while even some companies helped us this year so it seems that this Christmas would be something new to us, too. (We are still trying to put together the final list but we got Adidas balls, new clothes, papers, chocolate, refreshements - but of course lots of other things, too.)

Az ajándékok átadására 2010. december 12-én kerül sor Nágocson. Örömmel vennénk, ha minél többen csatlakoznának hozzánk, hogy lássák az ott élők: ők is fontosak valakinek. Azon érdeklődők jelentkezését is várjuk, akik most találkoznak először akciónkkal: jöjjenek el, osztozzanak a karácsonyi "angyalkodás" meghitt pillanataiban, töltekezzenek fel velünk az ünnepekre. Néhány hely még van az útra, ha valaki nem tud saját autóval jönni. A jelentkezéseket az info@futrinkautca.hu e-mail címen várjuk.

We hand over our gifts on 12th December, 2010 in Nágocs. We would be happy to have many people around as it is also a very important sign that they DO count. Even those are welcome who have never seen any of our project before: we would be happy to share this feeling with many others that can also help all of us to gain energy for the Christmas Season.
